One-on-One OnRamps

Thanks for your interest in 1201 CrossFit! We look forward to having you as part of our community! All new athletes start with an OnRamp series that will prepare you for our daily WODs (workout of the day). Those classes are sequential and all 3 must be completed. Classes are 1 hour and are scheduled individually or in small groups. Your first month at 1201 will consist of your OnRamp, followed by 3-weeks of unlimited classes and a state-of-the-art InBody composition analysis to more accurately track your progress.
