A Wellness Series to Build Better Habits

With the New Year just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking of what you want 2022 to look like.

Is one of your 2022 goals to start eating better? Do you want to work out more? Or may just want to feel better and put your health first?

It’s a clean slate, and though you can start your health journey any time of the year, the New Year is a great starting point to analyze, adjust and implement new habits into your daily life.

We want to help you CONQUER 2022, so you can start living the life you deserve and carry healthy habits into future years.

That’s why we’re introducing our first public challenge – a Wellness Series to Build Better Habits.

Through this 5-Week Healthy Habit Challenge, our nutrition coaches will be here for support, accountability and consistency, as you tackle the basics: hydration, movement, sleep, stress management and healthy meals.

Prep week begins Jan. 3, 2022 with the challenge starting Jan. 10 until Feb. 13. We’ll wrap up the challenge on Feb. 14.

This challenge will introduce participants to individual and group accountability:

  • InBody Composition Scans, pre- and post- series

  • One-on-one goal setting meetings

  • Daily and weekly habit reminders

  • Weekly participation incentives

  • Mobile app for group and individual communication
