The Results: Ashley Jones

"I was hesitant to start the nutrition program at first because I wasn’t interested in eating a bunch of vegetables and totally changing my lifestyle (I like beer and pizza). When I did start, I quickly realized that I could eat right and fuel my body for activity without giving up any of the things I loved.

 

NON-SCALE VICTORIES:

  • Fits in college blue jeans.

  • Ran first marathon.

  • Rx’ing more workouts and PRs in her 5K time.

  • Completed 75 Hard during the holidays and her birthday.

I just learned to work my macros around the things I liked. It was amazing how fast I started to lose fat and gain muscle. Since I’ve been on the nutrition program I have gone through a lot of adjustments to my macros to be able to train for a marathon as well as hit PRs at CrossFit and on my 5k time. Every time I set a new goal my nutrition coach adjusts my macros to give me the best chance to achieve it."
