Custom Nutrition Coaching for All (for YOU)
At 1201 CrossFit, we are more than just a gym. Our goal is to inspire and assist members and non-members to live a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle through motivation, support, functional fitness, and habit-based nutrition accountability.
Though many may think of intense training when hearing of CrossFit, the truth is we are much more than exercise. We want to influence others to live better, exercise better, and eat better.
Learning the ins and outs of healthy eating can be the missing piece for many people’s health journey, which is why we are happy to offer nutrition coaching to members and non-members.
To help participants adjust to a new routine, our meal plans are written by a registered dietitian and are based on behavior and lifestyle changes. With that said, our meal plans are not restrictive, short-term, or some sort of fad diet. Our plans are not “one-size-fits-all” and allows individuals to adjust to a plan that fits them personally.
Progress is tracked monthly via InBody scans and provides support and accountability so each individual can reach their goals.
We can’t stress this enough, we strive to provide everyone -- yes, everyone -- with the tools and resources to become a healthier and happier version of themselves.
